CDA is aimed at developing the Human Resource potential in order to increase capacity of its beneficiaries both for employment and self-employment opportunities. Much of the work is through training and sharing skills and so a major component of this program is developing the facilities and curriculum at CDA’s training centre (Jon Sreejon Institute - JSI).
