Human Resource Development

Bangladesh has a massive population which is currently a burden but has potential to serve as an asset. CDA is aimed at developing the Human Resource potential in order to increase capacity of its beneficiaries both for employment and self-employment opportunities. Much of the work is through training and sharing skills and so a major component of this program is developing the facilities and curriculum at CDA’s training centre (Jon Sreejon Institute - JSI). It is anticipated that JSI would be able to share its knowledge at local, national and international level, hence greatly expanding the beneficiaries of this program.
