also good opportunities for those who are interested in
development sector to work with CDA’s experienced
staffs.
Internships
CDA
is able to offer a limited number of voluntary
internships in which students and / or graduates work to
support CDA’s program whilst gaining experience in the
international development sector. This is an ideal
opportunity for those taking a gap year of people who
wish to work in the development sector and require
international experience. Internships are normally 6
months in duration during which time CDA will provide
food and accommodation. Interns are responsible to
arrange their own passports and visa.

is able to offer study visits for international visitors
who wish to learn more about the development context
through a practical approach including field visits and
classroom study with our experienced staff. A normal
project consists of 8 people for 10 weeks although CDA
is prepared to tailor a course on request providing
there are adequate people interested in participating.
The projects are ideal for groups of students during
their vacations, either as part of their formal
education curriculum or through personal interest. CDA
also encourages applications from older people who may
simply wish to broaden their knowledge.
Bangladesh
is a country full of hidden beauty such as the Sundarban
forests, the home monkeys, deer and the Royal Bengal
tiger, the coral St Martins Island at the southern most
tip of the country or the worlds longest natural beach
at Cox’s Bazar. CDA is able to recommend places to visit
and details of travel agents to those that wish to
combine study projects with travel.
